Taq Antibody is a monoclonal Antibody against Taq enzyme for hot start PCR technology. It matches most Taq enzymes on the market and can inhibit DNA polymerase activity at low temperature, effectively inhibit the non-specific annealing of primer and the non-specific amplification caused by primer dimers. It is simple and convenient to use since it can be inactivated rapidly above 70 ℃, that is, denature in the initial DNA denaturation of PCR reaction.

[Application Instruction]

On the PCR platform, Taq enzyme antibody concentration is 1.5mg/ml with its validity of 5U/ μL, suitable for most Taq enzymes on the market. Our suggestion is to mix it with a volume ratio of 1:1, place it at room temperature for 10 min. It will be inactivated in only 30s at 95 ℃, Taq enzyme activity will be fully released. It is suitable for various hot start PCR and qPCR reactions based on Taq enzyme.

1.37 ℃ Enzyme Activity Sealing PCR to Verify the Sealing Effect:

Verification of enzyme sealing activity shall be conducted with PCR system easy to produce primer dimer. PCR system was pretreated at 37 ℃ for 30 min after amplification. Those with Taq enzyme antibody have no primer dimer, and those without Taq enzyme antibody produce primer dimer. Therefore, it is judged that the sealing effect is qualified.
