Job description:
1. Responsible for analyzing national industry testing technical standards and advanced testing technologies at home and abroad, researching and creating new testing standards and technologies.
2. Responsible for screening and verifying new product raw materials, and determining the experimental plan.
3. Responsible for the technical research and development and process research of immunoturbidimetric reagent products.
4. Responsible for completely and accurately recording data, sorting out and updating databases and databases.
5. Responsible for compiling technical standards of process documents, etc.
6. Responsible for the writing of technical patents.
Job requirements:
1. Biology, chemistry, immunology, medical laboratory and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.
2. Possess independent thinking and innovation ability, open mindedness, and be able to independently solve relevant technical problems in the research and development process.
3. Have strong learning ability and independent work ability, be good at communication, and complete assigned tasks efficiently and timely.
4. Have strong hands-on ability, teamwork spirit, and can bear hardships and stand hard work.
5. More than 2 years experience in research and development of in vitro diagnostic products such as immunoturbidimetry.
